About Me
My Past and Present.
In 2020, I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following this, I pursued a Master of Management in Integrated Business, completing my degree in August 2021.
With a solid foundation in psychology and a thirst for knowledge, I accumulated five years of work experience during my academic journey. In various childcare positions, I honed professional skills such as behavior management, conflict resolution, and exceptional customer service. My commitment to growth led me to undertake two internships during my Master's Program, where I refined analytical, developmental, engagement, and sales skills.
In my most recent role with OpenHouse Home Insurance as a Marketing Coordinator, I spearheaded transformative brand strategy initiatives across digital, creative, and technology departments. Focused on collaboration and problem-solving, I increased social media engagement by an impressive 491%, expanding our following by 20.8%. In the realm of direct marketing, I crafted and executed strategies using CRM tools, driving lead generation and customer retention.
My analytical skills developed as I monitored campaign performance, presented findings to the executive team, and optimized direct mail prospecting lists based on optimum risk. Notably, I established a clear and consistent brand framework, elevating credibility and awareness. My strategic use of data enhanced outreach effectiveness and streamlined operations, leaving a lasting impact on brand strategy and optimization at OpenHouse Home Insurance.
